Who We Are

Welcome to RCCG Strong Tower – Resource Center

Proverbs 18:10 says the name of the lord is a Strong Tower: the righteous runneth into it and is safe.

In his season’s greetings to members of the RRCG worldwide in 2003, Pastor E.A. Adeboye said “life is like a taxi’s meter relentlessly ticks away carrying us speedily from year to year”. Just like yesterday, this Center which held its inaugural service at Hilton Hotel, Cherry Hill on July 21, 2002 is already 10. To God be the glory for all good things he has done for us.

In this Center, our motto is to obey the great commandment (John 15: 9-14) and to fulfill the great commission (Mt 28:18:20). To this end, our vision is to preach the gospel to every nook and corner of South Jersey until every family has members in this center.

We believe and practice divine love. We know that where there is love and unity, there will be no insurmountable problem. The Almighty God recognizes this fact when He said in Genesis 11:6indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they proposed to do will be withheld from them. This has been our guiding principle that if Divine love can be our watch word, all our challenges can become testimony. Since inception, through this center, four other parishes have started in Philadelphia and two in New Jersey, and the third one in New Jersey, will start before the middle of August 2012. Our campus of the School of Disciples (SOD) graduated 20 students in Dallas during the last convention (June 2012) and our campus of Bible College graduated 7 students at the convention. By September, our school, Fountain of Life Christian Academy will take off. All glory and honor to Almighty God.

Through its Benevolent department, the center started a food pantry in April 2011. With the support of South Jersey Food Bank, the Center is able to provide nutritious food to tens of families every 3rd Wednesday of the month.

In 2005, The Center won RCCGNA Chairman Award for church planting, while in December 2006, the Center purchased 10.5 acres of land. Due to bureaucratic problem from the township where the land is located, the center could not get necessary approval. And through the grace of God our current location, which is a 5 acres of land was purchased in December 2010.
