What We Believe

Our Code of Conduct

• The foundation of this parish (Strong Tower Resource Center) is based on love John 13:34-35 commands us to love each other as Jesus has loved us. And that our love for one another will prove to the word that we are Jesus disciples.

• To achieve the above objectives, the below conducts should guide our relationship with another.

1. My personal success is measured by the success of our team (the parish and the group you belong).

2. All members are enjoined to practice HOT Communication: Honest, Open, and Transparent.

3. We must recognize that each member of our team has a special gift that contributes to the success of the group. This would invariably bring respect for each other.

4. We will speak positively of our team mates in public; they are safe with us even in their absence. We must practice healthy rivalry.

5. If we have a problem with a teammate, we will go to him or her first and iron out our differences (Mt 18:15-16)

6. When in doubt, I will give my teammate the benefit of the doubt.

7. We will pray for our members including the pastorate on a regular basis.

8. We will support in public the decisions we have made in private.

9. Confidence will remain safety inside our group.

10. Grace will be given freely when we encounter one’s another’s fault.

• Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praise worthy – meditate on these things (Philippians 4:8)

• The above codes summarize our mission statement: to obey the Great Commandments

• (John 13:34-35) and to fulfill the Great commission (Matthew 28:19-20). To do the above successfully we need to compulsorily love one another.
