ENDEAVOR TO ALWAYS FOLLOW HIS COMMAND/INSTRUCTION IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE RAPID PROGRESS:

His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it” (John 2:5, NKJV)

Our God is a living God. When we seek His face over a particular matter, He speaks, and gives a clear direction. If you will only listen to His voice and DO whatever He says, you will experience a miracle about that matter, without fail. His words of direction always hit their target. The counsel of Mary, the mother of Jesus to the servants is very relevant here: Whatever He says to you, do it (John 2:5).

Our God speaks to His people in diverse ways. He can organize circumstances or ‘coincidences.’ He can speak through a pastor, a minister of God, a wise counselor, or a godly friend. He can speak in visions and dreams. He can speak through any of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He can speak through a worship experience. He can speak while you are right in the midst of prayers or when you are reading your Bible. He does speak through His word – either while you are meditating on it, or while you are listening to it, taught and expounded, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

The challenge is that:
(1) You should develop the will to wait upon the Lord, expecting Him to give you a clear direction on the matters of your concern. If you are sincere, He will speak to you.

(2) You should develop the capacity to listen, hear and discern His voice, His direction, His will. You should block off the noises that distract you, and focus on the voice of the Lord alone.

(3) You should develop the determination to act on whatever He says to you. Remember, it is not HEARING the voice of the Lord that brings His blessings, it is DOING whatever He says. He has said ‘If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land’ (Isaiah 1:19).

What is that issue of your life over which you need a clear direction? Wait on the Lord and you will hear His voice loud and clear. Then, be courageous and determined enough to DO whatever He says to you. Doing this continuously will move you from glory to glory. The peace of the Lord be with you.

And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. My ears are opened to hear the voice of the Lord; my mind is made up to do His will, father grants me grace to be the Doer of your words and not only the hearers..

THREE OTHER THINGS:

1. Be A DOER AND NOT HEARER ONLY: Those who obey God in their Tithes, Generous Offering and Seed sowing are the STARS in the kingdom because they hearken to the voice and command of God. No wonder Isaiah 58:8 says Then shall your light break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up speedily; your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard. This will be your daily testimony as you honor and obey God. I prayer for you today, beginning from now, all the good promises of God shall come to pass in your life and family in Jesus precious name.
2. .Prayer Department weekend: Last weekend was awesome through the creative approach of the prayer department by inviting people. The weekend assigns for each department is for evangelism purpose. The Media/ Engineering department also ran with the vision. Other departments should emulate them.
   Many pledged $400.00 for ‘the year will open early for me Vow’. May this year be a REMARKABLE one for you and your family. Please indicate in the offering envelopes when you are redeeming the vow because the account department has the list and they will be able to credit you appropriately.
   You can join the DOER/WINNER team by SOWING a seed towards the year $50, $100, $200, you can do same for your children (if you can and believe that Seed sowing is desirable for answered prayer). Our Regional Pastor is praying for us for a year full of pleasant surprises. This year, don’t just pray, back your prayer requests with SEED OFFERING. It hastens answer to prayer.
3. Your one dollar Daily Seed offering: Late last year/early in the year, we are enjoined to cultivate the habit of sowing a minimum of one Dollar Daily Seed in order to key to the blessings of Psalm 68:19, where God says we will experience daily blessing. The first $15.00 is due now, if you can and you believe it. Many Christians (not in Strong Tower) ignore simple Divine instruction/ command, hence perpetual struggle is the order of the day. Be Wise.
